Job Title: Night Auditor

Hotel Equities, a leading hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor for The Farnam, Autograph Collection, in Omaha, NE.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting on various hotel areas to ensure accurate and timely information. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and balance food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and banquets.
  • Verify and report on front desk operations, including room charges, phone calls, and cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for daily reports.
  • Balance and close all bank ticket codes daily.
  • Run night audit final after ensuring all revenues are in balance.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Accounting background preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
Working Conditions:
  • Work inside and outside as needed for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift files/papers up to 5 lbs and luggage up to 50 lbs.
