At Power Monitors, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality electronic components and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assembly and Testing: Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to work orders and assembly documentation.
- Component Installation: Install electronic components, such as resistors and sockets, onto printed circuit boards using fixtures, hand tools, or power tools.
- Wiring and Cabling: Connect and route wires or wiring harnesses to printed circuit boards or other connectors, terminals, and contact points using soldering procedures.
- Pre-Assembly Tasks: Perform tasks such as wire stripping/tinning, potting, encapsulating, epoxy bonding, curing, sanding, drilling, milling, and cleaning to prepare components for assembly.
- Quality Control: Perform testing and inspections using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, or electronic test equipment to ensure assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience in electronics assembly.
- Skills: Good dexterity and eyesight, ability to follow detailed instructions.
