Objective
The Sales Specialist position focuses on marketing, prospecting, and selling insurance products offered by American Family Insurance. This role requires maintaining strong customer relationships, anticipating client needs, and aligning them with suitable product and service options. We are in search of a highly driven, optimistic, and experienced individual to become a part of our successful team.

We are eager to welcome someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and develop alongside our agency.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support the agency's growth by utilizing consultative selling methods to market insurance products to prospective clients.
  • Actively cross-sell and collaborate with agency team members to enhance coverage for current clients.
  • Seek new business opportunities through leads, phone outreach, and networking.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets established by the agency.
  • Deliver timely service and communication to both existing and prospective clients by assisting with cancellations, policy modifications, and sales inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure in Property & Casualty insurance.
  • Ability to work autonomously to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Familiarity with PC software systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Experience with a variety of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Vietnamese.

This position is part of the Agency Team, working under the Agency Owner and is not an employee of American Family Insurance.
