In this role, you will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by being a proactive team player and anticipating the needs of our clientele. A passion for luxury service and attention to detail are essential.



Key Responsibilities
Embody our Vision, Values, and Beliefs

Deliver direct service and exceptional hospitality to all guests

Process guest drink orders and ensure timely delivery to their tables

Maintain a 'full hands' approach during trips to and from the kitchen

Assist in delivering food to guest tables as required

Additional tasks related to the Wine Bar Associate's primary duties include: restocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing the bar area and equipment, processing associate meals, managing beverage storage, and polishing glassware.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience

Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification as per local regulations

Valid Food Handler Certification

Willingness to learn new skills and support the team

Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is preferred

Knowledge of RH's coffee offerings

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently move and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs

Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
