Job Title: Customer Service Representative II, Retail Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative II to join our Retail Banking team at HomeStreet Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through cross-selling and upselling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their banking needs and preferences
  • Cross-sell and upsell our products and services to customers, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in sales programs and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of cash handling and customer service experience
  • Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • PC experience required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
