We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain expertise in critical care nursing practices and stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based guidelines.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
- Direct patient care experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
