Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU/CCU environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain expertise in advanced life support skills, including ACLS and BLS.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Multi-state compact licensure or Single State licensure.
