We are seeking a skilled Primary Care NP or PA to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Primary Care NP or PA, you will be responsible for providing in-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. This includes conducting H&P evaluations, reviewing medications and dosages, and performing physical exams, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, and urine sample collections. You will also be responsible for leaving fecal kits for patients to mail in.
Responsibilities:
