Kinwell Medical Group is dedicated to providing personalized, whole-hearted care for every patient. We believe that the best healthcare is a conversation, and one that includes nutrition, fitness, sleep, and behavioral health. Our clinicians and clinic support staff drive real change in their patients' well-being, setting a new standard for primary care that is more accessible, impactful, and holistic.
We value all teammates and respect a diversity of thought, ideas, and cultures, all focused on the common goal of nurturing the health of those we serve. - After-hours care service support provided as part of the on-call program.
- Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and need for follow-up as appropriate during each patient visit.
- Verify and document that the patient understands the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up recommendations.
