Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain extrusion lines, including setup, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure products meet specifications
  • Load and unload materials, including rods, tubes, and plates, into and out of annealing ovens
  • Adjust work-rest blades to ensure accurate grinding and regulating
  • Program and adjust lay-line printing devices
  • Participate in safety huddles and department meetings to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of required process and quality records
  • Production reporting using barcode systems and access to SOPs, JSAs, Exhibits, and Control Plans on the company intranet
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and forklift operation
