Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Integrated Real Estate Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for operating a full sales desk, interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, and maintaining awareness of local market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls, answer leasing inquiries, and provide community information to prospective residents.
  • Interact with potential and existing tenants, show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms, and process rental applications.
  • Complete and record all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, send thank you notes, and perform follow-up in a prompt fashion.
  • Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends, and complete and review market survey information.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with an aptitude for management, basic office administration, and mathematics.
  • At least two years of successful sales experience in multi-family required.
  • Lease up experience is preferred.
  • Experience with leads management systems, such as TAA and Onesite software, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must work Saturday and Sunday.
  • Bilingual - Spanish.
  • Customer service background.
