Job Summary

About the Role
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, while respecting their autonomy and individuality.
  • Provide emotional support and empathy to residents, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere within our community.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services, responding promptly to resident needs and requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, using clear and respectful language.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, compassion, and respect for residents' rights and dignity.
