Job Title: Service Advisor Senior

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role

The Service Advisor Senior will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service for customers in person or over the phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems with their vehicle.
  • Discuss schedule maintenance with cost and time estimates.
  • Greet clients on the service drive.
  • Conduct an effective walk-around of the customer's vehicle.
  • Ensure that required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
  • Maintain product knowledge and safety.
  • Communicate with technicians, team leaders, and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Update clients on the progress of the repair and its status accordingly.
  • Take full responsibility from start to finish by providing an exceptional client experience to drive brand loyalty.
  • Maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Driving record that meets insurance requirements and company policy
  • Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
