Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Specialist, CRM. In this role, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff related to CRM products.
Key Responsibilities:- Complex Field Inquiries: Provide expert technical support to address complex field inquiries on CRM products, working under general direction.
- Technical Proficiencies: Possess comprehensive knowledge of all CRM products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players.
- Trainings and Programs: Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals.
- Mentorship: Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience required.
- Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
- Skill Set: Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures; familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
- Communication Skills: Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
