The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime
- Oversee minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, and coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Act as the liaison between the Executive Director and external contractors, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Monitor and evaluate Maintenance Log requests, ensuring prompt responses and resolution
- Inspect the building facade regularly to identify potential issues and develop repair plans
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to complete large-scale projects efficiently
- Coordinate touch-up paint jobs, furniture refinishing, and other interior improvements
- Oversee the testing, inspection, and documentation of the fire protection system
