Requirements:

2+ years of experience working in a helpdesk capacity in a Microsoft domain environment.
Experience with Win10 and Active Directory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail.

This role requires a mix of hardware and software support, with a focus on Active Directory and WIN10 experience. The ideal candidate will be a US citizen and have no security clearance requirements. The pay range is $25/hour - $30/hour, and the term of assignment is 6 months temp to perm. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 7am-4pm with no flex time, and overtime is minimum. Travel is not required, and work attire is business casual. A background check and drug test are required.
