About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technician to join our team at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies
  • Count and verify surgical instruments and supplies
  • Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Surgical Technology program within the past two years
  • Current Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least six months of experience assisting surgeons and medical staff in an acute care operating room or outpatient surgery center
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification as a Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
  • Experience in trauma care
