Expertise in key areas such as labor and employment law, transportation planning, public works, and utility regulations (including gas, electric, water, and wastewater) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with municipal ethics regulations, open meeting laws, public records statutes, and due process standards is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with effective problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork, are critical for success in this role.
