As a Hematologist/Oncologist at Trinity Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cancer treatment center that provides comprehensive care to patients in 10 counties. Our center is accredited and multidisciplinary, offering a range of services including radiation oncology, radiation therapy, infusion clinic, pharmacy, and pharmacist services all under one roof.
Integrated Oncology Services
We participate in cooperative clinical trials and hold weekly tumor boards to ensure that our patients receive the most advanced and effective treatments available. Our private infusion suites and 13-chair infusion center are equipped with chemo-certified nurses to provide personalized care to our patients.
Benefits of Working with Us
- We offer a competitive salary with a two-year guarantee of $550K, plus a production incentive that allows providers to exceed the guarantee within six months.
- Our income potential is $600K+ on production, making us one of the highest-paying employers in the region.
- We provide a $100K starting bonus and a $75K longevity bonus, paid out in increments of $25K after completion of years 1, 2, and 3.
- We also offer a $15K relocation allowance to help you get settled in our beautiful region.
- Our full benefits package includes paid malpractice and tail coverage, paid CME/vacation/holidays up to 31 days/year, 403(b), 457(b), and disability insurance.
- We are an employed multi-specialty group of over 180 providers in northeast Iowa, with established referral patterns and a strong reputation in the community.
