Position Overview

We are currently in search of a talented CAD Designer/Draftsman to enhance our Development – Engineering – Construction division. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our engineering teams by producing detailed plans and drawings for various residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineering teams in creating precise plans and technical drawings.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers to devise innovative and practical design solutions.
  • Ensure all designs meet industry standards and project specifications.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in land development drafting, with a focus on water, wastewater, streets, and drainage systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning and design principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
