- Provide support for Virtual Private Network (VPN) clients and audio/visual equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support or engineering role.
- Experience supporting executive-level personnel is essential.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and managing software and hardware in a multi-user environment.
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and antivirus solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and financial applications is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
