Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) framework to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support the implementation of ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage our SDS online database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform regular EHS plant walks and inspections.
  • Monitor and complete EHS preventive maintenance tasks and compliance calendar items.
  • Develop and deliver training on EHS topics to ensure a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with Donaldson's EHS framework (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
