  • We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general business and/or contractor permitting and is a self-starter. This position will involve determining building permitting requirements for new markets, meeting all building permitting requirements through application submission, ensuring permits are completed and sent out to necessary crews, communicating with third-party contractors, design teams, and AHJs, and maintaining accurate records of building permits.

This role requires a highly organized and structured individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
