Position: Operations Associate
Reporting to: Outbound & Returns Manager

We are looking for a committed Operations Associate to embody our Client's principles through outstanding service to their clientele, primarily focusing on outbound and returns operations. This position is essential in ensuring that all fulfillment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients by effectively managing outbound and returns operations.
  • Work closely with the Outbound Returns Manager to fulfill all SLAs.
  • Assist in the manual processing of returns as per standard operating procedures.
  • Promptly communicate any challenges or updates to internal teams and third-party logistics partners.
  • Engage actively in daily warehouse operations, focusing on manual returns processes to ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Identify and report issues in the returns workflow to the manager without delay.
  • Support reporting for both Outbound and Returns as necessary.
  • Ensure timely processing of returns and provide relevant information to other departments.
  • Monitor Outbound Status Updates from third-party logistics.
  • Assist with various Outbound and Returns tasks as required.
  • Help generate Outbound and Returns Reports when necessary.

Processes & Procedures:

  • Adheres to procedures for manually processing rejected returns.
  • Assists in reporting information to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Supports both Returns and Outbound teams as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with SLAs for both Outbound and Returns.
  • Available to assist with any ad-hoc projects as required.

Collaboration:

  • Acts as a point of escalation for operations in the absence of the team lead.
  • Reliably completes projects and can be trusted to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Provides support to Returns and Outbound teams as necessary.
  • Assists Operations Teams as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a proven record of excellence.
  • Preferred experience in outbound and returns management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with internal teams and logistics partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and contribute to manual processes.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Education:

  • Preferred completion of 2 years of college or relevant work experience.
