Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in accordance with CGMP and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
  • Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and report findings to the QA/QC team.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the fabrication of test samples as required for validation processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality inspection or QA/QC roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with CGMP regulations and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other related tools.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
