About the Role

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a highly skilled Plant Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze quality baseline data to define quality priorities, KPIs, and prepare quality heat maps.
  • Utilize A3 problem-solving techniques and initiate corrective action plans (CAPs) and preventative measures.
  • Establish rework standards by devising inspection and physical testing methods and procedures.
  • Develop and implement a variety of proactive initiatives/projects to support achieving the quality mission and drive quality performance.
  • Ensure quality products by establishing and enforcing standards, and testing materials and products.
  • Collaborate with other members of management and production operators to establish quality and reliability standards.
  • Implement the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and quality inspection processes in line with project requirements/specifications.
  • Develop supplier evaluation and material standards by studying manufacturing and engineering requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in quality management or related fields.
  • Knowledge in quality management within the window wall, curtain wall, and architectural aluminum industry.
  • 10 years' of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Background in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 quality systems, and preferable knowledge of OHSAS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, CAD, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft BI applications.
  • Leadership experience with indirect reports.
