As a vital member of our team, you will engage in customer support activities including managing customer orders, monitoring product stock levels, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately process and verify invoices and accounts in a timely manner.
- Ensure the correctness of incoming receipts.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with customers.
- Prepare and deliver customer reports as requested (e.g., weekly, monthly billing summaries).
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage product availability and daily shift schedules.
- Work alongside Operations to accommodate special client requests and expedite processes when needed.
- Act as the initial point of contact for resolving customer issues.
- Organize and maintain documentation systematically.
- Collaborate with Inventory and Operations to investigate inventory discrepancies.
- A High School diploma or GED may be necessary based on the facility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English may be required.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Competent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs., with variations depending on the facility.
