Capstone Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Clean and maintain the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms, as well as model units and vacant apartment homes.
  • Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
  • Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, and/or Assistant Manager.
  • Inform the appropriate supervisor of any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to residents, team members, guests, and others.
  • Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.

**Requirements**

  • Prior housekeeping experience is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
