Job Title: Client Support Staff
  • Offer emotional and spiritual support to individuals in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with shelter policies and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Conduct initial assessments and maintain accurate records while performing required evaluations.
  • Supervise daily activities, including meal preparation and upkeep of the facility.
  • Assist participants with varying needs, coordinate special initiatives, and promote client growth.
  • Prepare reports, maintain logs, and manage budgetary constraints.
  • Must be available for flexible shifts and participate in training opportunities.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Prior experience in social services is beneficial but not mandatory.

Physical Demands/ Work Environment: Involves light to moderate physical tasks, including communication, mobility, and occasional lifting.
