Work Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
- Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (Monday - Friday)
Position Summary: We are looking for meticulous and dependable Assembly Associates to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be tasked with the assembly of automotive dashboards, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to guarantee quality and accuracy. If you possess a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role is an excellent fit for you.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive dashboards by securing bolts, clips, screws, and wires.
- Utilize a torque gun to fasten and secure components to specified torque settings.
- Examine parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an assembly or manufacturing position is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools, including torque guns.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality results.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial.
