Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at an exceptional school district in Baltimore, MD.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and a passion for working with students with special needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to speech-language pathologists in assessing and developing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Assist in implementing speech and language therapy programs, including data collection and progress monitoring.

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless transitions and support.
Qualifications
The minimum qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant within the last 3 years.
- Valid School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant credential/license or in process in the state of practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
