As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will deliver clinical guidance and collaborate closely with the Nurse Manager while reporting to the Director of Nursing in all facets of behavioral health. You will be responsible for administering primary care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatric patients, responding effectively to the needs of the unit.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Registered Nursing License in the state of PA or a Temporary practice permit
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Health preferred
  • Healthcare provider (CPR) certification within six months
  • Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within twelve months of start date
  • Ambition to enhance Management skills and take responsibility for departmental operations, both in the presence and absence of the department director
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
