- Critically assess existing client strategies and performance, aiming to achieve significant improvements through innovative approaches.
- Apply statistical methodologies and design experiments to deepen our understanding of user interactions with our advertisements and the factors leading to conversions.

- Proven ability to identify process enhancements and automation opportunities, collaborating across teams to implement improvements.
- Experience leading a team of analysts in executing campaigns, overseeing daily operations, and providing both strategic and operational guidance.
- Experience with e-commerce clients is advantageous.
