Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Specialist to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for driving quality indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify opportunities to improve quality and safety outcomes
  • Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting quality/patient safety data
  • Guide the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects
  • Conduct unit rounds with a focus on coaching and mentoring
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing
  • 2 years applicable experience required, 5 years preferred
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
  • ACLS/PALS preferred
