Pasta Production Specialist

The Pasta Production Specialist is primarily tasked with managing a processing line in accordance with Barilla's standards during their shift. Responsibilities include automated mixing, die selection and installation, extrusion, cutting, and drying processes.
Compensation: $23.54 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential for night shifts.
This role offers a flexible shift pattern, allowing for work only half the days in a month. Candidates must be prepared to work every other weekend as part of their regular schedule.

- Prior experience in production or food manufacturing and a basic understanding of computer systems is required.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and good manufacturing practices (GMP's) is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, HACCP, and related programs (e.g., cleaning, sanitation, pest management) is advantageous.
