Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guest accommodations are impeccably maintained. This position requires a dedication to cleanliness and a passion for providing exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare for cleaning duties by organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Efficiently remove waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and corridors.
  • Ensure that all public areas and storage spaces are kept tidy and vacuumed.
  • Restock cleaning carts to ensure readiness for the following day.
  • Replenish cleaning chemical supplies as necessary.
  • Report any missing items from guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Immediately notify the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager of any maintenance issues.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established protocols.
  • Strive to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing friendly and courteous service to guests and team members.
