KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all safety protocols and holding team members accountable.
  • Develop daily work schedules and oversee the logistics of equipment delivery to client sites.
  • Support the achievement of corporate strategies and operational goals.
  • Supervise a diverse team of plant personnel and manage daily operations.
  • Provide effective leadership and implement processes within the distribution center.
  • Track manufacturing progress against established targets and report on key performance indicators as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all Environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the safety department to continuously improve safety standards and conduct daily safety meetings.
  • Understand operational cost structures and maintain budgetary controls, including P&L management.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Manage labor resources to align operating costs with projected revenues.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for operational staff to foster company growth.
  • Maintain a clean and professional facility for audits and client visits.
  • Implement ongoing improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of standard business practices related to procurement and financial transactions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain product-specific knowledge.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of small motors, pumps, and related equipment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and provide guidance.
  • Capability to analyze financial data to enhance efficiency and manage costs.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

Occasional travel is necessary for this position.
