Job Description

This position is responsible for providing complex procurement analysis and support for the District. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in procurement-related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage procurement plans, including the development of solicitation packages and the evaluation of proposals.
  • Coordinate contract administration, including the facilitation of award of contracts, the verification of contractor's licenses, and the resolution of back wage issues.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate procurement information to stakeholders.
