Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Human Resources team at DISH Network L.L.C. As a key partner to the HR team, you will be responsible for driving successful project management and change management for People program launches, enhancements, and ongoing deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and managing project plans to ensure deadlines are met, potential roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated, solved for, and quality and alignment across programs are delivered
  • Ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in the right way and at the right times, based on a decision-making model
  • Facilitating alignment on project plans, leveraging functional expertise, and driving timely execution of deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partnering with the cross-functional leads to set up their processes for success, including tracking against project plans, capturing notes and action items in key meetings, and regularly sending out status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Conducting post-project/program evaluations in partnership with the workforce strategy team, including capturing relevant, timely feedback and incorporating successes and areas for improvement into future iterations of the programs
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives, as needed
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of program/project management experience
  • HR program/project management experience in a complex, multi-functional, and global environment
  • Strong understanding of change management best practices and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
