As a Photo Sales Team Lead, you will be part of our retail sales team, responsible for capturing and selling photos and videos of our guests at various locations within our theme park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and motivate our photo sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve daily sales targets.
  • Lead a team of 5-10 Retail Associates, guiding them to achieve their daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase photo and video sales, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to set and achieve daily sales targets, and provide feedback to improve team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in photo and video sales, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day, in various weather conditions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
