Core Responsibilities
As a production employee, you will handle materials and utilize hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment to ensure quality food delivery. Your role will involve physically demanding tasks that require:

  • Good hand-eye coordination

  • Strength and stamina

Team members must be prepared to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
  • Capability to perform tasks involving continuous and repetitive movements
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature environments
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment while using personal protective equipment (PPE)

This role may also require lifting heavy objects and performing tasks that engage various muscle groups throughout the shift.
