Counselor Supervisor

Job Title: Counselor Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor Supervisor to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Counselor Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supervising counselors and counselor interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as BayMark policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Direct and supervise all intake operations to ensure timely and effective delivery of services * Review intake assessments for quality and accuracy * Provide direct supervision to clinicians, including meetings, in-service trainings, guest speakers, and literature reviews * Manage all counseling staff, including performance improvement discussions, documentation, and follow-up * Provide guidance and support to counselors seeking licensure and/or certification * Conduct employment interviews with Clinical Manager and Practice Manager Qualifications: * Master's degree (MLADC) or a LADC with an LCS * Prior supervisory experience, self-motivation, and direction * Positive attitude toward chemically dependent patients and previous experience working with this population * Satisfactory criminal background and drug screen Benefits: * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) * Generous paid time off and paid holidays * Free CEUs offered * Excellent growth and development opportunities through our counselor career path * Rewarding opportunity to impact individuals' lives COVID-19 Considerations: Everyone will be asked to comply with the most recent COVID guidelines from CDC, State, County, and City.
