Counselor Supervisor

Job Title: Counselor Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor Supervisor to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Counselor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising counselors and counselor interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients. You will ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care and identify other physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Responsibilities: * Direct and supervise all intake operations * Review intake assessments for quality * Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service trainings, guest speakers, and reviewing literature * Manage all counseling staff, facilitating performance improvement discussions, documentation, and follow-up * Provide guidance and support to counselors needing to obtain licensure and/or certification * Provide clinical supervision * Conduct employment interviews with Clinical Manager and Practice Manager Qualifications: * Master's degree (MLADC) or a LADC with an LCS * Prior supervisory experience, self-motivated, and directed * Positive attitude toward chemically dependent patients and previous experience working with this population * Satisfactory criminal background and drug screen Benefits: * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) * Generous paid time off and paid holidays * Free CEUs offered * Excellent growth and development opportunities through our counselor career path * Rewarding opportunity with the ability to impact individuals' lives COVID-19 Considerations: Everyone will be asked to be in compliance with the most recent COVID guidelines from CDC, State, County, and City.
