- Involve parents in the intervention process by conducting meetings, workshops, and conferences as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification with a focus on math and/or science.
- Experience in teaching or providing intervention support in math and science at the elementary or middle school level.
- Strong understanding of math and science curricula, instructional strategies, and intervention methods.
- Proficient in using educational technology and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and addressing various learning needs.
- Ability to design and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in math and science education.
The position may require occasional late afternoon, evening or weekend hours for meetings or professional development.
The role may involve working with students in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings.
