The Nuclear Command Communications Systems Group (QKR) is a dynamic team of talented engineers, analysts, and technical leaders who apply innovative solutions to real-world defense system problems.
- Design, develop, and test software for our modeling and simulation ecosystem.
- Develop software to streamline and automate analysis processes using modern techniques.
- Evaluate operational scenarios through modeling, simulation, analysis, and laboratory testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- At least ten years of relevant experience in systems/software engineering, system definition, design, and development, system architecture, and/or test and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience in system/software engineering methodologies, principles, and concepts to solve systems-related challenges.
- Working knowledge of algorithm development and analysis using scientific programming languages such as MATLAB, C++, Java, or Python.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience working with Government and Military leadership, presenting complex analysis, and coordinating across a geographically dispersed team.
- Active US Top Secret/SCI Security clearance.
