Per Diem Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a long-term care facility in Whitfield, Mississippi.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. As a Per Diem Mental Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Current and valid state RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Minimum 1+ years of mental health experience as an RN within the last 2 years
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
