We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us build and maintain our delivery data and oversee vendor delivery execution.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to gather logistics data on a regular basis and in a timely manner for a particular set of vendors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and root-causing vendor/local delivery issues, working with other teams to resolve these issues, and escalating complex problems to their supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, ingest, and update data for assigned vendors in a timely manner.
• Identify and root cause vendor/local delivery issues.
• Contact vendors to resolve issues and update delivery schedules as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisor to resolve.
• Respond and action requests from other teams to update inaccurate merchant data.
• Collect merchant-supplied item-level data and match to internal company item numbers and descriptions.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with data entry and/or analysis. Excellent Excel skills (SQL preferred) are essential, as well as strong ownership mentality, detail-oriented and organized approach, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
