Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Inspect the parking lot at the beginning of each shift to ensure cleanliness and maintenance items are addressed.
  • Customer Service: Patrol the parking lot to ensure revenue is collected on each vehicle and provide enforcement when necessary.
  • Communication: Present yourself as an ambassador of ASM Global, providing information to routine inquiries and assisting the public with vehicle issues to the extent possible.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain parking equipment in clean and work-ready condition, setting up and removing traffic control items as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and provide customer service in a professional and considerate manner.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to operate computers and work with basic office systems.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this position require frequent walking, climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, and manual labor. The position may also require the use of tools and equipment that could cause personal harm or injury if improperly handled. Irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, may be required based on event schedules and department needs.
