About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of effective behavioral health and case management services for clients.
  • Deliver individualized, integrated services that address the holistic needs of clients, including healthcare, mental health, substance abuse treatment, and supportive services.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical services, including individual psychotherapy, group facilitation, and case management.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of required documentation within the electronic health record.
  • Maintain clear and precise data and progress notes.
  • Provide supervision to student interns and contribute to an atmosphere of safety, sanctuary, dignity, support, and resource.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed by the Ohio CSWMFT Board as an LPC, LSW, LMFT, or the Ohio Psychology Board as a Psychologist.
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health disorders, substance abuse disorder, or co-occurring disorders.
  • Preferred experience utilizing Motivational Interviewing skills, Stages of Change, and Harm Reduction techniques.
  • Administrative reporting experience.
