Job Summary Flagship Facility Services is seeking a highly skilled Night Janitor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed
  • Dust and clean tops of office furniture, cleared desks, and surfaces of tables
  • Vacuum all carpeting
  • Spot clean soiled areas on carpets as needed
  • Clean glass on lobby door


Working Environment As a Night Janitor, you will be working in a small to large office environment with moderate noise levels. You will be exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments. Regularly, you will be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, cleaning products, and noise. Safety glasses are required while performing certain tasks.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time, including the ability to walk long distances
  • Ability to safely use equipment and tools
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
